The opportunity

The eCommerce Sales Analyst II role supports the growth and execution of the company''s digital commerce business by managing product content, digital merchandising, retailer media management, search optimization, and digital asset organization across ecommerce retail partners. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, and eCommerce teams to ensure product pages are accurate, compelling, and optimized to maximize traffic, conversion, and sales performance.

The role

Major Responsibilities

Product Detail Page (PDP) Management

  • Create, update, and maintain product detail pages across ecommerce platforms and retailer websites.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards, including titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, sizing information, and imagery.
  • Coordinate new product launches and seasonal assortment updates to ensure timely online availability.
  • Conduct routine audits to identify and correct content gaps, errors, and inconsistencies.

Digital Merchandising

  • Support execution of digital merchandising strategies that improve product visibility, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Assist with assortment organization, category navigation, cross-selling opportunities, and promotional placements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry best practices to identify merchandising opportunities.
  • Partner with account managers and retailer teams to optimize product presentation and discoverability.

Retail Media Management

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns across retailer advertising platforms and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate sponsored product, sponsored brand, display, and search advertising initiatives to drive traffic, visibility, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and retailer media teams to execute promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including impressions, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Analyze retail media reporting and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Assist in managing media budgets, tracking spending, and maintaining campaign calendars.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop optimized creative assets, keywords, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Prepare campaign recaps and performance presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners.

Search Optimization & Content Enhancement

  • Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and metadata using SEO best practices and retailer-specific search algorithms.
  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and product discoverability.
  • Monitor search performance metrics and recommend content improvements to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Support marketplace optimization initiatives across retailer and ecommerce platforms.

Digital Asset Management

  • Maintain and track digital assets including product images, videos, lifestyle photography, enhanced content, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all digital assets meet retailer specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate asset distribution across internal teams, agencies, and retail partners.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and version control processes.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track ecommerce content completion and launch timelines.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators including traffic, conversion rate, search ranking, content compliance, and sales performance.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support account reviews and business planning.
  • Identify opportunities for content optimization based on performance insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Creative, and Operations teams to support ecommerce initiatives.
  • Coordinate with retailer content teams to ensure timely implementation of updates and enhancements.
  • Support special projects and ecommerce growth initiatives as assigned.

The requirements

Minimum Education/ Experience

  • Bachelor''s degree with 1+ years work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor''s degree.

Preferred Education/ Experience

  • Master''s degree with 1+ years relevant work experience.

Specific Skills or Experience Required

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, sales support, content management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Experience with retailer ecommerce platforms and content management systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of retail media networks and digital advertising fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with retail media KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and attributed sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Experience with retail and ecommerce distribution channels

Job Specific Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, SEO, and digital merchandising principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Experience with digital asset management systems preferred (Salsify; Nuxeo).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
