A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Deal Advisory Analyst to support clients in M&A transactions, financial due diligence, valuations, and strategic advisory services. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking hands-on transaction experience, analytical rigor, and structured professional development in corporate finance and advisory.
Support deal advisory engagements, including M&A, divestitures, capital raises, and restructuring transactions
Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
Conduct industry research, company benchmarking, and valuation analyses to inform client recommendations
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution
Collaborate with senior advisors and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights for client decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common financial research tools
