Analyst — Demand Planning
Denver, CO
Salary range:$72,000–$96,331
Turn maintenance data into an executable plan
As Analyst — Demand Planning, you’ll use forecasting, analytics and business intelligence to help Frontier anticipate the resources needed to support aircraft maintenance.
You’ll develop and maintain short- and long-range demand models for labor, materials, tooling and facilities, then work across Maintenance, Engineering, Materials, Purchasing and operational teams to translate those forecasts into practical maintenance plans.
This role combines statistical modeling with real-world airline operations, helping teams anticipate demand, identify risk and make informed planning decisions.
Why this role matters
Effective maintenance planning starts before an aircraft arrives for work. Accurate forecasts help ensure the right people, parts, tooling and facilities are available when maintenance is due. Your analysis will help Frontier anticipate demand, reduce operational constraints and make better-informed maintenance-planning decisions across the fleet.
How you’ll work
This role operates with general direction and typically receives limited day-to-day instruction, with broader guidance provided for new assignments. Success in the role requires analytical judgment, initiative, collaboration and the ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively across technical and operational teams.
Leadership scope
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The Analyst may provide technical guidance, facilitate cross-functional discussions and support the work of the demand-planning team.
