Analyst Developer

Responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements and developing, enhancing, testing, and supporting software applications. Works across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to design solutions, integrate systems, troubleshoot application issues, manage databases, and ensure applications meet business and technical requirements. Collaborates with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders while maintaining technical documentation and supporting continuous system improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• 4-6 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

• Understanding of business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
• Ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
• Analyze business partner operations to understand strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities to automate processes and functions.
• Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT from initial requirements through final implementation.
• Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Support several moderately complex business processes.
• Assist Project Managers with project plans and project planning tools.
• Assume Project Manager responsibilities for smaller projects, including preparing and facilitating project plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions.
• Coach less experienced staff.
