Description

YOUR ROLE:

Full-time position supporting the execution, analysis, and optimization of our international email marketing program. This role manages campaign operations, coordinates with cross-functional partners, analyzes performance, and contributes to testing, targeting, and personalization initiatives designed to improve customer engagement and business results.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Support the execution of daily email campaigns across international markets and customer segments.

• Develop campaign documentation and deployment instructions for cross-functional partners.

• Manage email proofing and quality assurance processes to ensure campaign accuracy and consistency.

• Coordinate audience segmentation and requirements with data partners.

• Support email template enhancements, personalization efforts and other optimization initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and overall productivity.

• Analyze campaign results to provide actionable recommendations.

• Support testing initiatives across content, audience targeting and deployment strategies.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow efficiency and campaign execution.

• Support additional CRM projects as assigned.

• Stay up-to-date on email marketing innovations and best practices and proactively provide recommendations on new tactics and testing agenda

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00

Maximum Salary: $88,830.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related degree.

• 1-3 years of digital, CRM, email marketing experience, retail preferred.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and have a proven multi-tasking ability.

• Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.

• Personal professionalism and sense of accountability.

• Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to react quickly to changes in priorities; navigate changes in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with Windows applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint; strong spreadsheet skills.

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Movable Inc or similar CRM technologies.

• Ability to quickly learn new campaign execution tools.

• Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
