Positn reqs a Bach / US or For Equiv in Communicatns, Mkt & 3 yrs of exp w/ Mktg & Communicatns. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: Strategy & Planng (mgmt of evnts budgts & calendrs alignd w/ bus goals); Projct Mgmt (Projct mgmt & executn, from bldg budget & kick-off meeting to executn & debrief); Mktg & Comms rel exp (Wrkg w/ stakehlders in the planng & executn for Marcomms campaigns & understandg Events role); Executn & Operatn (Overseeg logistics & mng on-site executn & decisn-makg; Budgt & Financl Contrl (preparg & mng evnt budgts, processg invoices, trackg expenses, & achievg cost efficiencies); Measuremnt & Reportg (Defing KPI & conductg post evnt surveys, ROI Anlysis, & Post evnt recaps for Mgmt & lessons learnd; & Vendor & Stakehlder Mgmt (Sourcg, negotiatg, onboardg & mng vendrs from different cities, countries, at multi scales -budgt, variety of srvices, etc). Must have 1 yr of exp w/: Eloqua (Mass mailer tools for mktg & communicatns); & Eventogy know (Understandg of Evnts tool for budgt approvl & projct mgmt). *30% dom travel reqd to cities amongst the following states, but not limited to: CA, TX, FL, IL, & NY. *Telecommutg permittd 40%: wrk may be performd w/in normal commutg distance from the BNP Paribas RCC Inc. office in Jersey City, NJ. Sal: $92,352 - $105,000 /yr.
