Job Description and Duties
ANALYST I - ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION / STATEWIDE BOND OFFICE / SACRAMENTO, CA
The reporting location for this position is 715 P St, Sacramento, CA 95814. This position will work under the supervision of the Supervisor I.
Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the Statewide Bond Analyst performs bond work associated with expenditure reporting, project authorization, cash projection and federal tax compliance documentation for the Statewide Bond Office. The primary focus of this position will be analytical work and documentation for current bonds managed by the unit.
The incumbent will perform duties to fulfill bond financial reporting requirements and to assist with managing bond cash on a statewide basis for several departments for various statewide bonds. Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate internal and external meetings and provide operational support to the unit. May also be assigned workload or special projects in other areas as needed.
Daily use of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting is expected.

Training and Development
Assignments may be considered. This position is designated as telework eligible-remote centered. State housing is not available.

Working Conditions
