Major/Essential Functions

  • Project Execution: Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources; communication findings through tables, visualizations, and written or verbal summaries..
  • Prospect Research: Identify and evaluate prospects for major gift cultivation using donor history, propensity, and capacity indicators.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of the advancement database through consistent manual and automated data entry practices.
  • Service Delivery: Fulfill requests for data updates, reports, and data interpretation to support internal stakeholders.  
  • Data Insights: Apply statistical and analytical methods to assess gift officer performance and recommend strategy improvements.
  • Culture: Live and promote the shared values of the Texas Tech University System: People First, Integrity, Community, Resilience, Exemplary Service.
