Pay:$30.00 - $34.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Analyst, International Media: The Home Office International Media team serves as the studio's Center of Media Excellence, supporting international media strategy, planning, execution, innovation, experimentation, data science and budget management for theatrical releases across Universal and Focus Features.
Our work comes to life through strong collaboration across the studio's marketing organization, including research, business intelligence, creative, brand, integrated marketing, advanced analytics and other key partners.
The team is based in Los Angeles and is looking for a temporary Analyst who is passionate about paid advertising/media, movies and creative work, and eager to contribute in the fast-paced world of International Marketing. The Temporary Analyst will work closely with the International Media team to support overall campaign and planning needs, including drafting briefs and strategies, setting up media campaigns, communicating with local markets, monitoring campaign activity and conducting campaign analysis.
Essential Responsibilities:- Support international central media pre-planning and planning needs across linear, digital, social and out-of-home media.
- Assist with building movie directives for local markets, agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Managers and the Sr. Analyst to review initial central media plans and provide feedback to ensure campaign parameters are met, including flighting, demos, targeting, reach, measurement, share of voice and added value.
- Act as a liaison between internal creative and research teams to project manage and quality-check creative asset needs for partner and agency delivery.
- Work closely with Finance and the media agency team to track plan approvals for purchase order submissions.
- Assist with program management and execution, including coordinating media launch processes and custom media programs in partnership with International Marketing, regional teams and the media agency.
- Monitor live confirmations, Q&A, and general live campaign management.
- Assist Media Managers and the Sr. Analyst with weekly media performance optimizations during live campaigns.
- Ensure media reports from agencies are collected for international campaigns, including reviewing results for completeness and accuracy.
- Review campaign data and share relevant insights and analysis with key stakeholders.
- Assist the Manager with media plan analysis and reporting, including pulling historical data for ad hoc analysis, annual commitments with regional channels and partners, and centralized and local media plans.
- Keep international media summaries up to date and support deck development for filmmaker meetings and senior management.
- Collect and track local media plan submissions to ensure timely delivery.
- Join recurring and ad hoc meetings with regional teams and local markets to support international campaign planning.
- Assist with Test & Learn initiatives and international product rollouts, including collecting and summarizing market learnings and results.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in Marketing & Media.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
Eligibility Requirements:- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid: must work on-site at least 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday
Desired Characteristics:- Passion for international marketing, media and entertainment.
- Digital media, agency and/or international marketing experience a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and resourceful, with strong proofreading skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Energetic, flexible and proactive.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
