Position Summary
Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking exceptional candidates to join its Financial Sponsors Advisory (“FSA”) team located in New York, NY. The FSA team is an integral part of the firm’s global Investment Banking practice, focused on originating and executing private equity transactions across various industries and products, including M&A, Capital Structure Advisory (“CSA”), Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”), and Leveraged Finance & Debt Advisory, among others, as well as maintaining relationships with private equity clients and counterparties.
FSA bankers maintain a high degree of collaboration and connectivity with industry coverage and product bankers firm-wide, offering exposure to a variety of transactions and situations. We strive to be trusted, sophisticated advisors to our clients, delivering GS’ intellectual property and capabilities in a thoughtful, impactful, and unified manner. Our team looks to cultivate influential relationships with financial sponsors that can endure market cycles and yield greater points of differentiation.
The Analyst – Investment Banking, FSA will support senior bankers and deal teams in various execution, origination, and market analysis assignments across the firm. The position provides extensive exposure to transactions across industries, products, and market segments, as well as an opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team with strong mentorship and access to senior leadership and clients.
