A leading middle-market investment bank may seek an Analyst – Investment Banking to support transaction execution, financial analysis, research, and client deliverables. These roles are well-suited for candidates seeking rigorous analytical experience, exposure to live deals, and structured professional development within investment banking.
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including 3-statement, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
Conduct industry research, company benchmarking, and valuation analyses
Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client-facing presentations
Assist with due diligence processes, data room management, and transaction execution
Collaborate closely with senior bankers on deal execution and client strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and standard financial research platforms
