Analyst IT Asset & Business Office Admin
Location: Hybrid (Onsite every Tuesday and Tue-Thu during designated collaboration weeks)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an Analyst IT Asset & Business Office Admin to support IT operations through financial analysis, invoice management, budgeting, reporting, and procurement administration. This role works closely with IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate tracking of expenses and support strategic decision-making.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, experience working with budgets and invoices, and a background in business operations, finance support, procurement, or IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices, purchase requests, and purchase orders
- Track budgets and support monthly forecasting activities
- Analyze actual spend versus forecast and identify variances
- Prepare reports and maintain financial and operational data
- Support procurement activities, including purchase requests and vendor documentation
- Assist with telecom expense management, including mobile devices, broadband, and carrier services
- Gather and organize data for upcoming RFP initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders to collect required information
- Maintain accurate records and support operational administrative processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, procurement, budgeting, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
- Experience processing invoices and supporting budget activities
- Understanding of forecast vs. actual analysis and financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ariba procurement tools
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting or ticket management
- Knowledge of telecom expense management or technology-related services
- Experience supporting IT organizations
- Familiarity with procurement processes such as:
- Purchase requests
- Competitive bids
- Single-source justifications
