8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Domain Consultant, or Functional Analyst.
Strong domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Global Markets, Equities, Fixed Income, Collateral, Risk, or Trade Processing.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and business process reviews.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements and user stories.
Experience creating business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), process maps, and use cases.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and production implementation activities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technology teams, project managers, and senior leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
Support solution design discussions and provide domain expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in UAT planning, test case review, defect validation, and business sign-off activities.
Track requirements, changes, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project execution.
Prepare status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Support production releases and post-implementation activities.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
Salary Range - $80,000-$90,000 a year
