The Brand Immersion training program is a sales enablement-focused learning initiative, equipping developers with the knowledge and tools to understand, position, and apply Hyatt brand standards in real-world development and deal contexts. This role helps translate brand standards and experience principles into practical, commercially relevant learning that supports deal development and owner engagement.

This is a hands-on role requiring experience with data analytics, learning management platforms, and digital learning tools.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Own execution of platform and logistical components of the Brand Immersion program, including content publishing, configuration, analytics, and ongoing maintenance
    • Analyze data (platform analytics and survey data) and identify actionable improvements
    • Build and maintain simple dashboards or reports to track program performance
    • Identify trends in learner behavior and recommend improvements to content or delivery
    • Build and update digital learning assets (e.g., basic modules, job aids, guides)
    • Apply basic technical skills (e.g., HTML, iframes) to enhance learning content
    • Troubleshoot LMS and content issues (e.g., SCORM tracking, launch errors), escalating more complex problems as needed
    • Ensure learning tools and workflows (e.g., Articulate, video tools, LMS) work together effectively to support efficient content creation and delivery
    • Leverage AI and tools to accelerate content development and program execution

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, HR Technology (HRIT), or related experience
    • Experience working with reporting and interpreting data (e.g., completion, engagement, performance metrics)
    • Hands-on experience managing content within an LMS/LXP (uploading, configuring, testing, publishing)
    • Experience working with SCORM content (uploading, testing, basic troubleshooting)
    • Basic familiarity with HTML or similar (e.g., embeds, simple edits such as iframes)
    • Strong attention to detail and execution skills

    PREFERRED SKILLS:
    • Experience using reporting or analytics tools (e.g., LMS reporting, Excel, or similar) to evaluate learning effectiveness
    • Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards
    • Experience troubleshooting LMS or content delivery issues
    • Experience with tools such as Articulate, Saba, Precipio, Oracle, or NovoEd
    • Exposure to reporting and learning analytics

    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Education, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience. Alternative pathways equally valued, such as technical certifications, bootcamps, or self-taught experience
