Areas of focus will include partnering with Media on monthly reconciliation efforts, tracking invoice reconciliation, reviewing financial data for irregularities on a regular on‑going basis, confirming proper storage of key financial documents, and striving for operational excellence. The Analyst will provide regular feedback to Media Business Operations Manager and internal teams on reconciliation progress.ResponsibilitiesManage monthly requests for invoices with partnersComplete invoice reconciliation upon media delivery verificationPerform invoice discrepancy resolution in a timely fashionManage pending invoice list for your account(s) weekly and report progress to managerPrepare and submit all new partner setup and bill / pay needsProvide ad hoc spend reporting, media billing and project support as applicableImpart daily support to media, finance, accounts payable, and partnersConduct weekly analysis to ensure media campaigns within client authorized budgets, ensure Insertion Order acceptanceParticipant and organize bi‑weekly meetings to discuss key financial KPI's and discrepancy resolution needsExecute monthly media delivery process to verify delivery adheres to contracted deliverables and client expectationsReconcile monthly campaign delivery in line with client mandated reconciliation and payment deadlinesSupport media teams in monthly client billing approvals to identify areas of review to promote accuracyFulfill campaign audits by validating financial documentation and proper storageBecome proficient with media buying tool, campaign financial life cycle, procurement system, buying best practices and audit procedures to achieve overall operational efficiencyQualificationsFour-year degree1-2 years' experienceCreative agency experience desiredEffective time management skillsProficiency in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)Comfortable with technology and computersAbility to multi‑task and show initiativeProficient in managing numbersTeam playerStrong leadership qualitiesDetail orientedHighly organizedStrong interpersonal skillsSelf‑motivatedInnovative problem solverFiscally responsibleFamiliarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.Got the sparkle? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
