While structured within a team environment, the position also requires the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned programs.

Key partners involved in coordination efforts include Brand Compliance, PSS Marketing, Product, Campaign Targeting, Accounts, Implementations, Creative, Content Governance, Marketing Ops, the HEE team, and external vendors.

  • Manage program expenses and validate invoices associated with communication execution.
  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions, templates, and execution requirements for the programs supported by the role.
  • Communicate with internal partners, customers, and vendors to facilitate the timely handling and successful execution of communications.
  • Report on communications executed and recommend process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency, consistency, and quality.
