Job Summary\u202f

This position is focused exclusively on the sale of commercial real estate transactions.\u202f Investment\u202fSales\u202fAdvisory\u202fAnalysts\u202fhave the opportunity to\u202fbe involved in every stage of a transaction, including underwriting, market research,\u202fproperty tours,\u202fand preparation\u202fof offering memorandums, marketing and term sheet negotiation, closing and client meetings / events.\u202f\u202fWill work in a high-energy, team-focused environment.\u202f

Main Responsibilities\u202f

  • Prepare investment\u202fsales\u202fadvisory\u202fpackages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.\u202f

  • Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions and utilize market and\u202fJLL\u202fdata / comps to correctly underwrite a transaction.\u202f\u202f\u202f

  • Manage the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction, and be in constant communication with the Producer, the market and the Client.\u202f Use this information from the marketing process to assist clients in making decisions related to their business plan and capital structure.\u202f

  • Must be technically proficient in use of databases and be able to effectively identify what data from this system\u202fto will\u202fbe useful to determine trends and for preparation for pitches and meetings.\u202f\u202f\u202f

  • Must understand and review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.) to determine if any issues exist and determine what could be a concern.\u202f

  • Develop and recommend financing alternatives to present to the Producer.\u202f

  • Begin\u202fto build client network within the industry through meetings, events and involvement in real estate trade organizations.\u202f

  • Participate in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new client leads.\u202f

  • Other duties as assigned.\u202f

Experience Required\u202f

  • 1-3 years of experience\u202fin a financial analysis environment;\u202fmortgage or\u202fcommercial real estate industry preferred.\u202f

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.\u202f

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal quantitative, writing, and\u202fcommunication skills; able to interface with top level executives.\u202f

  • Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.\u202f\u202f

  • Strong research, analytical, and\u202fproblem solving\u202fskills.\u202fAbility to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.\u202f

  • Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.\u202f

Education\u202f

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\u202f

Computer Skills\u202f

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.\u202f

  • Argus experience a plus.\u202f

  • Database experience a plus.\u202f

Environment\u202f

  • Office \u2013 work with computers, copiers, and scanners.\u202f

Estimated compensation for this position:

55,000.00 \u2013 65,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
