Job Description
- Prepare, review, and maintain transaction-related documentation and records
- Assist with the management and administration of business processes throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Create and maintain financial schedules, reports, and tracking tools
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls, and operational standards
- Support data accuracy and integrity across internal systems
- Partner with client-facing and operational teams to resolve queries and facilitate workflow efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational effectiveness
- Assist with ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
- 0-2 years of experience within financial services, insurance, operations, banking, consulting, or a related environment preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA experience is advantageous
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of work
