About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and analytical Operations Analyst to support investment operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This position offers the opportunity to work across cash management, treasury operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys solving operational challenges through process optimization and automation.

What You'll Do

Coordinate liquidity, banking, and collateral-related activities across financial counterparties.
Process cash transactions, wire transfers, account setup, and payment activity while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Maintain banking relationships, account documentation, and KYC requirements.
Support tax payment processing and collaborate with accounting teams.
Prepare operational reports, reconcile financial activity, and assist with P&L reporting.
Support investor requests, capital activity, regulatory reporting, and operational data management.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to automation initiatives using technical tools.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of operations experience within financial services, asset management, banking, or a related industry.
Experience supporting investment operations, treasury, or cash management is preferred.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and ideally macros.
Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Python preferred.
Familiarity with SQL, VBA, treasury systems, or investment accounting platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule with 4–5 days per week in the office.
