The Impact You'll Make

As a Pricing Analyst, you will help shape how our products are priced and positioned across global markets. By turning data into clear insights, you'll enable sales teams to make confident, value-based pricing decisions that strengthen our competitiveness.

You will play an important role in building a more consistent and effective pricing approach across regions-supporting profitable growth while improving the customer experience. Your work will directly influence how we bring products to market and respond to customer needs.

Working in a dynamic, international environment, your ability to analyze, simplify, and communicate clearly will help teams make better decisions, faster.

In this role, you will be based in Minneapolis, MN, US, working in a hybrid model with a mix of on-site and remote work.

The salary range for this position is 68-81K based on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze pricing data and trends to support informed and competitive pricing decisions

• Develop and refine pricing models for new and existing products to improve decision-making

• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to turn insights into clear pricing guidance

• Support annual price adjustments to ensure alignment across markets and regions

• Improve pricing processes to increase efficiency and consistency in quoting

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for data analysis

• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Strong communication skills to explain findings to different stakeholders

• A structured and solution-oriented way of working with attention to detail

• Interest in pricing, commercial topics, or data-driven decision-making
