Analyst – Private Credit Originations

BEB Credit Management is the private credit affiliate of BEB Capital. Since its launch six years ago, the platform has originated over $350 million in loans, focusing on senior bridge lending across value-add industrial, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality assets nationwide. BEB is an active, entrepreneurial lender with a growing pipeline and a collaborative team environment.

BEB Credit Management is seeking an Analyst to support its private credit originations team. This role reports directly to senior members of the originations team and works closely with investment, asset management, legal, and portfolio management professionals. The Analyst will be involved throughout the full transaction life cycle—from initial underwriting and structuring through closing and post-close monitoring.

This role offers meaningful exposure to the full deal lifecycle and a clear path toward a senior originations or credit role within the platform.

• Support senior originators in all aspects of commercial real estate debt origination, including underwriting, due diligence coordination, and loan structuring
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda, credit write-ups, and committee presentation materials
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and cash flow modeling to support deal sourcing and underwriting
• Maintain and update loan models for active portfolio positions
• Assist with borrower, broker, and sponsor interaction, including data requests and transaction execution
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, asset management, portfolio management) to ensure smooth closings and ongoing loan monitoring
• Track deal pipeline activity and assist with portfolio reporting
