Akkodis is seeking an Analyst, Product Surveillance for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing product and patient-related data associated with life-saving cardiac devices, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely processing of critical information.
Rate Range: $32/hour to $35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst, Product Surveillance Job Responsibilities include:
Manage and review product, patient, and field-reported data related to cardiac medical devices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
Monitor daily case activities, maintain records, and support data quality initiatives in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Analyze and document incoming information, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to track, organize, and report critical operational and product information.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates, support investigations, and ensure proper documentation of events and outcomes.
Prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and manage assigned workloads efficiently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
0-2 years of experience, including internships, co-op programs, academic projects, capstone projects, or related professional experience.
Strong organizational, communication, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data review and documentation activities.
Ability to manage and analyze product and patient-related information in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated aptitude for handling complex data, following processes, and working effectively across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
