Analyst-Program/Project 1 - Scheduler

Location: San Dimas, CA

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 18 months
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 $32.36 / Hour (USD)
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This role schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

Required Skills

  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency with basic computer and office software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of meter panel upgrades, utility disconnect/reconnect coordination, electrical service upgrades, and/or solar energy systems
  • Strong understanding of utility requirements, permitting processes, and residential/commercial electrical infrastructure preferred (not required)

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
