Program / Project Analyst

Locations: Westminster, CA 92683 – Onsite Duration 6 months contract PR: $25/hr - $32/hr on W2. Required: some traveling to other service centres; Fullerton, Saddleback, Whittier.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
- Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation.
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog.
- Ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
Required Skills/Attributes
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

- Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
