Analyst Programmer

About the Role

StayinFront is looking for an Analyst Programmer to help design, develop, and implement CRM solutions for our customers. In this role, you will work on data integrations, workflows, dashboards, and mobile user interfaces while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

You will also have the opportunity to use and explore AI tools to improve development efficiency and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support data integrations between StayinFront CRM and external systems.
• Create workflows and automated processes to support customer business needs.
• Configure CRM functionality and user roles for new customers.
• Develop and customize mobile user interfaces and dashboards.
• Create monitoring scripts and alerts for key business processes.
• Follow development standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when required.
• Work closely with project managers, QA, support teams, clients, and vendors.
• Assist sales and product teams with technical demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and customer requests.
• Provide project updates and help ensure projects are delivered on time.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • C#
  • JavaScript
  • Python
  • VBScript
  • HTML
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to SaaS (Software as a Service) applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Power BI reporting experience.
• Experience using AI tools to support software development and implementation.
• Experience with CRM systems or enterprise business applications.
