Overview
Provides analytical support to the revenue cycle leadership team. Prepares and maintains accurate accounting records using established procedures in order to properly reflect BMHCCs operating results and financial position.
Responsibilities
• Creates and performs analysis on financial and operational data. • Demonstrates an ability to evaluate and maintain the proper level of data integrity within all revenue cycle financial systems. • Demonstrates computer proficiency with all financial information systems, including core transaction system, decision support data warehouse, and PC financial application tools to complete internal and external work product. • Maintains collaborative relationships with Managed Care Contracting and Patient Accounting. • Completes assigned goals.
Specifications
Experience
Minimum Required: One year of experience in a related field.
Preferred: Previous experience in Revenue Cycle.
Education
Minimum Required: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: MBA.
Training
Minimum Required: Expert level Excel, including using pivot tables and slicers.
Preferred: Special Skills.
Minimum Required: Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels within an organization.
Preferred: Licensure.
