Description
- Gather and analyze requirements in a structured manner.
- Document functional requirements from stakeholders using various methods.
- Translate technical language into business terms and vice versa.
- Create detailed functional specifications for system development.
- Document requirements and user stories in a project management tool.
- Develop process flow diagrams and other artifacts to illustrate system functionality.
- Recommend solutions for optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with technical teams to ensure systems meet functional requirements.
- Assist testing teams in developing test plans for system validation.
- Manage the product backlog and refine user stories.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Analyze data to provide insights for business decisions.
- Coordinate with various partners for requirement analysis and approval.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and negotiating priorities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
