As a Business Analyst in the ARP, you'll tackle unique and complex problems – making significant contributions to company success from day one.The ProgramThe Analyst Rotation Program (ARP) is a 2-year journey with three 8-month rotations across various teams within the CarMax analyst community.Analysts start together as a cohort, sharing experiences and building strong connections throughout the program.The program focuses on professional development and career growth, offering diverse experiences, leadership interactions, formal training, and team-building activities.Analysts have a say in their roles during the program and upon graduation, often continuing careers post-ARP in areas they have previously worked.The RoleAnalyze – Use your analytic skills to work with CarMax's industry-leading data while solving unique business challenges. SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite)Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsWork AuthorizationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
