Cantor Fitzgerald, a renowned financial services firm, seeks an Analyst to join its SPAC Investment Banking team. With a focus on SPAC underwriting and PIPE placements, you''ll play a crucial role in supporting the full deal lifecycle, from IPOs to De-SPAC PIPEs. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and gain exposure to various financial instruments and markets.

- 1+ years of investment banking, ECM, or relevant capital markets experience.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in financial modeling and pitch book production preferred.
- Licensed or willing to obtain SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses.
- Bachelor''s degree is required, with a strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

- Support SPAC transactions, including IPOs and De-SPAC PIPEs, across the entire deal lifecycle.
- Evaluate complex financial models and conduct valuation analyses using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
- Create and update client-facing materials such as pitch books, presentations, and investor decks.
- Conduct due diligence on De-SPAC target companies, analyzing business, financial, and market aspects.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing deal documents, including LOIs, term sheets, and SEC filings.
- Perform market research and competitive analyses for SPAC sponsors and clients.
- Monitor SPAC market dynamics, trust performance, and regulatory developments to inform deal strategies.
- Interface with SPAC sponsors, target company management, legal teams, investors, and senior bankers.
- Contribute to the firm''s global distribution platform and client advisory services.
