Job Description:
Prepare and review regulatory filings (e.g., FR Y‑9C, FFIEC, call reports, FR Y-14, statutory filings, industry‑specific reports). Ensure timely and accurate submission of Federal Reserve, Treasury, and other regulatory filings. Perform reconciliations between regulatory reports and the general ledger. Conduct variance analysis and investigate reporting fluctuations. Assist with regulatory reporting governance, change management, and policy interpretation processes. Monitor changes in regulatory reporting requirements and accounting standards. Maintain and enhance reporting procedures, documentation, and internal controls. Manage upgrades to reporting platforms, data warehouses, and control frameworks. Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Audit, and other stakeholders. Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and quality assurance reviews. Participate in process improvement initiatives and reporting automation projects.
