Analyst - Strategic Initiatives

Astrana Health is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Initiatives Analyst to support enterprise-level priorities across growth, operations, performance management, and value-based care enablement. This role sits within the Office of the CFO/COO and works directly with cross-functional leaders to drive execution, develop structured insights, and help translate strategic priorities into operational results.

The Analyst will operate as a connective layer across teams - combining analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, and strong execution skills to advance high-impact initiatives.
