    Responsibilities

    The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Supply Chain organization by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis for Distribution Center operations. This position partners closely with Operations and business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    • Partner with Supply Chain and Distribution Center leadership to provide financial and operational analysis that supports business performance and decision-making
    • Manage expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for key operating areas
    • Develop and maintain budget, cost, and productivity models that incorporate volume trends, operational drivers, and key business variables
    • Create, publish, and enhance financial and operational KPI reporting to improve visibility into performance trends and business opportunities
    • Analyze cost drivers, productivity metrics, and financial impacts to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
    • Maintain cost logs and reporting tools to track expenses, trends, and performance across various functional areas
    • Support procurement-related activities, including purchasing analysis, vendor evaluation, contract review, and expense tracking as needed
    • Collaborate with Operations to understand business needs, operational processes, and the financial impact of key decisions
    • Prepare and present financial results, operational reporting, and ad hoc analysis to business partners and leadership
    • Assist with the month-end close process, including analysis, reporting, and reconciliation support
    • Provide analytical support for special projects, process improvements, and other business initiatives as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required
    • 1–3 years of related experience in finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, or operations analysis, preferred
    • Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Distribution Center operations, a plus
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency with Outlook and PowerPoint expected
    • Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Dashboarding Tools, or Workday, preferred
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and summarize large data sets and complex business variables
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear insights for business partners and leadership
    • High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate, timely, and high-quality results
    • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a dynamic business environment
    • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable building partnerships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
