What are your contributions to the team? The Analyst, Technical Products is responsible supporting the global Business Aircraft Services Sales team by providing expert technical guidance and developing compelling value propositions for customer engagements, campaigns and strategic discussions. They act as a subject matter expert across the Customer Services portfolio, translating complex concepts into clear and persuasive sales messaging, create impactful presentations and sales tools, while training the sales force on products and go-to-market strategies. They conduct technical and competitive analyses to highlight the value of service offerings, including their impact on operating costs, performance and asset value. They monitor market trends, represent the organization at customer and industry events, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales engineering tools and practices. They may support the development and management of channel partner relationships to expand product offerings and customer base.Coordinate with service centers to help develop capabilities, capacity, and business opportunities across assigned product linesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the development and positioning of product offerings across assigned domainsCoordinate and implement partnership agreements, including licensing or pricing aspectsContribute to managing lead referrals and tracking indirect sales activitiesWork with the Engineering department to support marketing requirements related to new models, special purpose aircraft, and development programsBuild and maintain effective working relationships with vendors to support implementation of solutionsDevelop operational plans aligned with business models and sales targetsMonitor product development plans to help ensure alignment with business needsGather and analyze competitive intelligence to support market insights and planning activitiesMaintain and update detailed information on aircraft equipment, acquisition, and operationsUpdate and distribute standardized product comparisons and analyses to the sales teamReview technical data intended for external communications (e.g., marketing materials, publications)Ensure sales representatives have access to accurate and up-to-date technical informationTrack and update standard aircraft model definitionsConduct technical presentations to prospects and customers, as requiredProvide day-to-day support to the sales team regarding products, programs, and competitive dataMaintain organized and up-to-date product, program, and competitor information files (e.g., technical documents, pricing, equipment lists)Develop and maintain tools, including basic systems or programs, to support team objectivesHow to thrive in this role? Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Engineering or another technical related fieldAt least 5 to 8 years of experience in business/new market development, business aircraft maintenance or sales and marketingWorking knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation RegulationsSignificant Aircraft knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: aircraft performance, operations, interiors, cabin management systems, communication systems, avionics, maintenance, preferably Bombardier Business AircraftGood verbal, communication and presentation skillsComputer skills necessary to learn and create various reports and correspondence (i.e., Lotus Notes Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint], Org Chart Pivotal, internet, etc)Business writing skills necessary to create various reports and correspondenceInterpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees, suppliers and customersADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrate rigor and attention to detailExperience in a marketing or sales environmentA pilot license is an asset (not required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
