A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Transaction Services Analyst to support clients in M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and strategic advisory services. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to transactions, deep analytical work, and structured professional development in corporate finance.
Support financial due diligence for M&A, divestitures, and corporate transactions
Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement projections, cash flow analysis, and transaction scenario modeling
Conduct industry research, company benchmarking, and financial statement analysis to identify risks and opportunities
Prepare transaction reports, client presentations, and investment memoranda
Assist with data room organization, financial analysis, and deal execution
Collaborate with senior advisors and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that guide client decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in transaction services, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is beneficial
