Responsible for maintaining customer web-based applications and completing customer and departmental documentation as required. Requires daily interaction and communication with external OEM and PIA customers as well as internal business unit customers and functional groups.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccesses customer systems to collect and analyze daily shipping requirementsReconciles shipment accrums and related discrepancies (DMR, RDR, RMO)Creates orders in Future 3Sends ASNsMonitors ASNs for errors and accuracyMonitors daily and monthly customer delivery ratings (reporting to core group as designated) and disputes as necessaryEnsures customer-specific requirements such as labeling, packing, routing, window times, and EDI specs are communicated, complied with and currentDirect contact and communication with external customersDirect contact and communication with internal customers and functional groupsPrepares and submits all internal/external customer and departmental documentation for single and/or multiple locationsReports shipment and delivery activity as required by the internal/external customer or managementProvides training on specific department and customer systems, processes and proceduresCommunicates regularly with individuals inside and outside of the departmentReads and analyzes spreadsheets and EDI releasesIdentifies root cause of failures in department processes, procedures, and systemsAssists in the promotion of an orderly workflowProvides help guidance and training in established processes, procedures and systemsAccepts additional responsibilities in the absence of the department team lead or supervisorAssists management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectivesSupports corporate policies and departmental policiesSupports EMS/QMS policies and proceduresSupports health and safety policiesAssociate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructionsExperience in the following systems:Future 3JDEPkMSMicrosoft Office applicationsFord DDLCovisintDC SmartEducation and ExperienceAssociates degree preferred but not requiredCertification Requirements: N/APrevious Experience: A minimum of 3 years in material planning, scheduling, and/or data analysis experience preferredTravel and On-CallTravel as required; On Call: 24/7Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Work AuthorizationPlease note that this position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization.
