What You Will Do
You will analyze, review and process warranty claims. Develop a liaison between Horton staff, suppliers, and Original Equipment Manufacturer(s) (OEM). You will be proactive and work independently to meet business expectations
This role reports to Horton's Quality Department Manager.

What We Look For
Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline, Business Administration, or equivalent experience or two (2) or more years experience in Project Management, Product Management, Quality, Warranty, and/or Engineering or other related business experience
Must demonstrate the highest ethical and dedicated work standards, delivering results with a sense of ownership and urgency within a cooperative team-based environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Must be a hands-on, organized individual with strong analytical (including Excel, and other spreadsheet programs) design capabilities, and have a passion for developing strategic initiatives based on market-based business case analysis
Exceptional analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills are essential. Also important is the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
In this role you must develop a clear understanding of internal warranty policies and external suppliers warranty policies.
Ability to work independently, with minimal or no supervision
