It’s 8:00 a.m. You don your PPE, review the day’s sample queue, and begin calibrating instruments against documented standards. Before lunch, you’ve completed a series of qualitative and quantitative analyses, logged your calibration and run data with precision, and double-checked results against SOPs. The afternoon takes you from maintaining instruments and managing chemical waste to mentoring a new teammate on safe handling, with a quick forklift assist to move supplies. You finish the day by updating inventory notes, tidying your bench, and ensuring every record is compliant, accurate, and complete.
