Position: Analytics Consultant 4 - Contingent

Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for analytics. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel will also be a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult on complex analytics initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze multi-faceted analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate strategically with client personnel to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, model development, or related roles within financial services or risk management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics); advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a model owner or developer for financial crimes or AML models.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with big data tools and experience working with high-volume, complex datasets.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and insights supporting business decisions.
  • Experience monitoring, validating, and reporting on data quality metrics, including accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders to resolve data defects and control gaps.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across technology, data, and business teams.
  • Knowledge of AML transaction monitoring and regulatory requirements (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Platforms preferred.

Pay Range: $50/hr-$60/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
