    Job Description

    Position Summary
    The Analytics & Dashboard Lead / Tableau Administrator serves as the technical lead for the credit-risk reporting and business intelligence environment. This individual oversees dashboard strategy, reporting standards, Tableau platform administration, data visualization architecture, dashboard governance, and analytical product delivery supporting lender oversight, portfolio monitoring, and executive decision-making. The role also serves as the Tableau Administrator responsible for Tableau environment management, user provisioning, security configuration, content migration, performance monitoring, and release management.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the design, development, and modernization of lender-risk dashboards and executive reporting products.
    • Establish dashboard design standards, KPI definitions, data visualization practices, and reporting governance.
    • Manage Tableau Server/Cloud administration, site configuration, user permissions, content promotion, and scheduled refreshes.
    • Oversee recurring and ad hoc reporting products for business and executive stakeholders.
    • Ensure consistency of metrics across dashboards, reports, portal content, and analytical products.
    • Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate reporting requirements into dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
    • Support integration of reporting solutions with internal and external data sources.
    • Monitor Tableau platform performance, utilization, security, and data refresh activities.
    • Support cloud migration and reporting modernization initiatives.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • 10 years of applicable experience
    Technical Skills
    • Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Administration.
    • Tableau Prep and dashboard optimization.
    • SQL and advanced data querying.
    • AWS Cloud services.
    • AWS Glue and ETL orchestration workflows.
    • Amazon S3 data lake architecture.
    • Enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
    • Data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
    • API integration concepts and reporting system integration.
    • CI/CD and DevSecOps deployment processes.
    • Executive dashboard and data visualization best practices.
    Preferred Experience
    • SBA 7(a), 504, and lender oversight programs.
    • Credit-risk reporting and lender performance analytics.
    • Federal financial management, loan servicing, or credit program environments.
