We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead our data analytics team in driving business insights, optimizing performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that align with organizational goals.
Lead and manage the analytics team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives across departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting frameworks.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for executives and business units.
Conduct in-depth analyses on business performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data.
Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure robust data infrastructure, governance, and quality.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging analytics tools, and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data insights into business impact.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a relevant industry (finance, healthcare, retail, technology, etc.) is a plus.
