• Apply strong analytical capabilities in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to translate modeling outputs into client-ready deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional program delivery across internal stakeholders to integrate existing capabilities into new customer-facing analytics solutions
• Draft, refine, and deliver analytical stories to internal and external executive audiences
• Partner with Product Management to relay customer insights and influence roadmap prioritization
• Scope work plans, build delivery timelines, and plan resources for analytical consulting engagements
• Identify project opportunities from data and analytics discovery and surface them to business partners
• Work cross-functionally with product partners to standardize and accelerate analytics reporting outcomes
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in Consulting, Program Management, Business Operations or Strategy
• 3+ years in analytics or management consulting, delivering executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
• 3+ years with data visualization and manipulation in Excel; exposure to Tableau / Power BI
• 2+ years working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams, translating between technical and business stakeholders for healthcare analytics
• 2+ years of program management for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• 2+ years building executive-grade PowerPoint presentations
• 1+ year in healthcare, preferably pharmaceutical / life sciences (commercial, clinical, or market access analytics)
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL
• Exposure to predictive modeling, ML, or advanced statistical techniques on healthcare datasets
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to craft compelling narratives from complex data
