Join a high-impact Data Analytics team where you'll partner with senior leaders, shape strategy, and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. You will drive high-visibility initiatives and deliver executive-ready narratives that help us understand and improve how we operate globally.

As a Business Analytics Vice President in the Commercial & Investment Bank's Global Services Data Analytics team, you will drive strategy and operational insights across a global operations program. You will partner directly with senior stakeholders, develop best-in-class people, process, and technology solutions, and craft C-suite presentations that illuminate business health and performance. Your work enables better decisions through targeted analytics, interactive visualizations, and disciplined prioritization of high-impact initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Define, develop, monitor, and report management metrics to assess global operations health

Manage a complex analytics book of work using rigorous project management discipline

Partner with senior leaders to deliver analytics for efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, and quality enhancement

Design and lead high-priority strategic initiatives with senior-level visibility

Build deep knowledge of technical systems and business processes to generate data-driven insights and identify engineering opportunities

Collaborate with technology, application owners, and data management teams to align roadmaps for continual improvement (e.g., advanced analytics, cloud adoption)

Explore datasets to identify trends, outliers, and relationships; deliver interactive visualizations that enable stakeholder self-service insights

Create executive-level presentations and narratives that clearly communicate performance, risks, and recommendations

Establish governance and standards for metric definitions, dashboards, and data quality

Automate repeatable analytics and develop scalable assets that improve delivery speed and consistency

Track outcomes and measure benefits realization for initiatives and operational changes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

6+ years of experience in analytics, information systems, operations research, and/or management consulting, within financial services

Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with analytical and business intelligence tools

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder partnership capability

Project experience using data to solve complex business problems with tools such as SQL, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python, R, and Alteryx

Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., AWS Redshift, PostgreSQL)

Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience building executive dashboards and storytelling with data for senior audiences

Knowledge of cloud analytics architectures and data engineering best practices

Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and KPI standardization

Experience with capacity modeling, workforce planning, or operational forecasting

Background in experiment design, causal inference, or advanced statistical methods

Experience operationalizing self-service analytics and data literacy programs

Certifications in relevant tools or methodologies (e.g., Tableau, AWS, Agile)
