Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

~Support trade compliance reporting and data analysis (e.g., imports, exports, classifications, duties, tariffs)

~Prepare regular and ad hoc reports using Excel and other reporting tools

~Validate data accuracy and help identify trends, gaps, or anomalies

~Assist with documentation, dashboards, and process improvements

~Partner with Trade Compliance team members to support day to day analytics needs

Qualifications:

~Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience
~Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools (Power BI or similar a plus)
~High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
~Prior experience in trade compliance, supply chain, or regulatory environments preferred but not required

This role is open to being Hybrid/Remote if the person is in the MKE area and can flex for in person events, or is open to fully remote as well.
