As a certified sustainable business and minority-owned enterprise, we collaborate with renowned brands and design consultants to deliver exceptional value for hotel and timeshare new-build and renovation projects.

As our company continues to expand, we are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate proficiency in reading specification sheets, possess excellent communication skills, and be proactive in listening and understanding client needs. Attention to detail is crucial, and the ability to problem-solve effectively is essential to excel in this role.

Estimator qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience

· Ability to work closely and collaboratively with other team members

· Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to completing tasks on time frame given

· Effective problem-solving and prioritization abilities

· Friendly, collaborative, and helpful demeanor with a responsive communication style

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Windows, and Word

Key responsibilities for the Estimator role include, but are not limited to:

· Collaborating cross-functionally with the sales and project management teams to fully comprehend project scope, including product specifications necessary to formulate accurate estimates and address any issues to meet project requirements.

· Preparing estimate documents with precision and attention to detail.

· Analyzing documents from clients, vendors, and manufacturers to generate pricing estimates in a proficient manner.

· Inputting quotes received from factories into bid Excel Spreadsheets
