Andare Kitchen & Bar delivers an Italian-themed dining experience that is upscale yet casual. This is a fast-paced role with continual customer contact and requires good communication skills and the ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight.Responsibilities Assist the Andare Server in serving guests, seating guests, and handling reservations and guest questions during their experience with Andare.Support service setup and breakdown of Andare buffets, clear and clean tables, and deliver food to guests.Provide a positive and welcoming guest experience and communicate effectively with team members.Compensation The hourly rate range for this position when working as a Host is $27.60/hour to $28.15/hour. The starting rate is $27.60/hour. There is an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the host position for four years or more with Hyatt, currently $28.15/hour. When working in a secondary position as a Food Runner, this position earns $20.76/hour.
