Education/Experience/Licensure: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. If teaching a core subject (math, science, social studies, language arts), a bachelor’s degree in the subject required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- NC DPI Teaching license and/or a teaching license awarded by a reciprocal state.
- Prior teaching experience in a public, private, or charter school setting.
- Experience working with diverse populations or students with special educational needs.
- Experience developing curriculum, implementing innovative teaching methods, and adapting to flexible educational settings.
- Non-licensed teachers must demonstrate subject-matter competency through relevant education and professional experience.
- A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.
