ABOUT THE JOB:

Join our P3 Android Automotive Engineering Team to help us bring clever ideas for futuristic vehicles.

Our mission is to support OEMs in their quest to release future cars which have embedded technologies using Android Automotive OS and other custom applications developed within mentioned OS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of professional experience using Android;
• Experience with Kotlin and Java, Dagger, Koin, Room, RX Java, Coroutines, MVVM, Background Services, Espresso, third-party libraries, APIs
• Nice to have: Android Automotive OS, Overlays, CI/CD
• Strong understanding of object-oriented principles (OOP) and design patterns/practices
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Eager to research and learn new technologies and methodologies
• Fundamental understanding of source code versioning (Git)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience writing Unit Tests
• Solution-oriented and proactive work attitude
• Experience working with large distributed teams
• Minimum 1 year experience in Java/Kotlin for junior position

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of database design and data structures

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates applications using Android for embedded/mobile devices and automotive industry

• Works with project stakeholders to clarify requirements or user stories

• Works with the architecture team to create technical designs

• Assures quality delivery
