Android Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Android/UI-UX Developer with 8–10 years of experience in modern application development, user experience design, front-end technologies, architecture, and AI-enabled solutions. The candidate will work on external-facing applications, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences and establishing scalable technical foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Apply strong UI/UX and user experience principles to build engaging external-facing applications.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and scalable digital experiences.
• Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and development standards.
• Establish reusable UI components, frameworks, and technical foundations for application development.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Explore and integrate Generative AI capabilities into applications and user experiences where appropriate.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve application functionality and user experience.
• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, accessible, performant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Collaborate closely with the India-based team during early EST hours to support development, technical discussions, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in software/application development.
• Strong experience with ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and User Experience (UX) design.
• Experience developing external-facing/customer-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and front-end architecture.
• Experience establishing application foundations, reusable components, and development frameworks.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Generative AI / AI-enabled applications.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and modern web development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
