Responsibilities:
The OR Assistant works under the supervision of the Charge Nurse and nursing staff while performing a variety of activities providing support for nursing staff within surgical services.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- Graduation with a high school diploma
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Associate degree as Anesthesia Technologist
- 1 year of OR experience in an Anesthesia Tech role
