Title: Anesthesia Technician

Certification:

• Required - BLS (Basic Life Support)

Education:

• Required - High School or Equivalent

Experience:

• Required - 6 months - Related field

Position Details:

Location: St Josephs Main and Childrens

Status: Pool, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 06:00-14:30

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: Yes

Responsibilities:

• Works under the direction of the Anesthesiologist, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA), Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA), and Registered Nurse (RN) to provide technical support during the administration of anesthesia.
• Must have interpersonal skills
• Have clinical skills appropriate to position
